• Please contact our customer service team at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date to initiate the cancellation process.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds for cancelled services will be issued according to our Refund Policy.

Refunds for cancelled services will be issued based on the following guidelines:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the circumstances.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
